Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date.
  • Prices are subject to change based on hotel availability, flight/train fare changes, and seasonal demand.
  • Payments once made are non-transferable.

Package Inclusions

  • Package includes accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and meals only as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Luxury hotel category will be provided as per package selection.
  • Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand pick-up and drop will be provided if mentioned in the package.

Package Exclusions

  • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, room service tips, phone calls, and beverages are not included.
  • Entry tickets, adventure activities, camera fees, and guide charges are excluded unless mentioned.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days before departure: 25% charges.
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% charges.
  • Cancellation within 14 days: No refund.
  • Flight, train, and hotel cancellation charges will be applied as per actual policy.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Any modification after booking confirmation may result in extra cost.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Travel Documents

  • Guests must carry valid ID proof during the trip.
  • Passport and visa are mandatory for international tours.
  • The company is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

Hotel & Transport Policy

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply.
  • Vehicle type depends on group size and availability.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy.

Liability

  • The company is not responsible for loss of luggage, delays, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles will be charged directly.

Special Notes

  • Itinerary may change depending on local conditions.
  • Guests must maintain discipline and follow tour manager instructions.
  • By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions.
